Welcome to the Chronically Healing with Kate Community!

Welcome and Namaste!

Hi, I’m Kate Kennedy-Gold and I wear the hat of a chronic healer among many others in the world! through my own experience navigating life with multiple complex chronic illnesses for several years, I’ve become incredibly passionate about helping others live while chronically healing!

I help others connect with their bodies to bring more balance and regulation to the nervous system. This creates more healing and health inside and outside of ourselves.

When we support the nervous system to operate in a more balanced atmosphere, we find the result is more resilience, health, and healing. Living in the body we are in at the moment, not were we wish we were, or where we used to be, is the basis of Chronically healing!

I am an Integral Yoga Teacher, California licensed Massage Practitioner, Reiki Master, and Cranial Sacral Unwinding practitioner with an intention to empower others to learn and practice techniques for self-healing.

My classes  blend movement, energetic release, meditation, and breathing into each session. My goal is to help you deepen your connection to all the aspects of yourself or your life-force including your mind, body, emotions, and spirt.

Bhavani is defined in Sanskrit “giver of life”, the power of nature or the source of creative energy. It is a spiritual name  given to me years ago by one of my teachers in yoga school which influences my work.

When you do things from your soul, you feel a river moving
in you, a joy.”― Rumi
