Wednesday, 10-11 am- Gentle Yoga
Guided meditation, gentle floor stretching, and standing poses; move at a slow pacend leave feeling less stressed with improved overall wellness. All levels welcome; bring mat, strap, blanket, and blocks if available.

Yoga sessions blend a traditional and western Hatha practice, meditation, chanting, and breathing.  Wellness of the body, mind, and spirit are incorporated into each session. Together we develop nourishing practices and techniques for each of these aspects and build on strengths while supporting areas for growth.
Kate is an Integral Yoga Teacher, Licensed Massage Practitioner, Reiki Master, and Cranial Sacral Unwinding practitioner. She is passionate about empowering her students to learn and practice techniques for self-healing. She blends energetic release, meditation, and breath work into each class. Many report feeling a renewed sense of self after leaving her classes and workshops.
